Itinerary
Day 1
APRIL 13 - HOLY THURSDAY: Arrival, Reception and City Tour Ayacucho "City of the Churches" and Handicraft Route "Manos Mágicas" (3 to 4 hrs)
APRIL 12: Departure from Lima - 20:30 hrs .

Day 2
APRIL 14 - FRIDAY HOLY: Excursion through the majestic Wari - Quinoa route (4 to 5 hrs)
- 9:00 hrs. After breakfast we went on an excursion to the archaeological complex of Wari - capital of the first Andean Empire and first Andean urban city; where we will visit its site museum, its extraordinary stone architecture based on carved and carved stone, water channels and underground drainage, major temple, Royal Tomb of the Majestic Lord Wari, Cheqowasi, among others.
- Then to the impressive Pampa de Ayacucho Historical Sanctuary (pampa de Quinua), scene of the battle of the same name and symbol of American freedom; concluding the visit in the artisan workshops of eximios ceramistas, Museum of Site and Fourth of the Capitulation in the picturesque Villa de Quinua (village of craftsmen). Return to Ayacucho.

- 20:00 hrs. Solemn Procession of the Holy Sepulcher and the Sorrowful Virgin; On Good Friday, the death of Jesus Christ on the cross is commemorated. 15 APRIL - SATURDAY OF GLORY: Easter Toro and Tour of the oldest man's route: Pikimachay - Huanta (6 hrs approx.)

- 9:00 hrs. Excursion to the picturesque ecological valley of Huanta called "Bella Esmeralda de los Andes" for its good humid climate and abundant vegetation. On the way we visited the cave of Pikimachay, the oldest man's dwelling in South America with 15 thousand years old, as well as the traditional colonial bridge of Ayawarkuna, where heretics and indigenous people hung during the colonial period.
- In Huanta , its main square and temples; We will also taste honey and derivatives in apicultural production centers and taste the variety of exotic liquors of herbs, fruits, etc. of the area. We continue towards Luricocha, a fruit town with productive predominance of avocado hass, lucuma, cherimoyas, etc .; where, in a picnic we will taste an appetizing lunch based on typical dishes of the area. Return to Ayacucho.
- 20:00 hrs. Solemn Easter vigil in the cathedral basilica: blessing of the fire and paschal candle, singing of the Easter proclamation, reading of the history of salvation, blessing of the baptismal font and renewal of the baptismal promises, liturgy of the eucharist and glorification of the risen one.
- At midnight, castles, colored lights and fireworks give a spectacular color until the Easter Mass the next day.

APRIL 16 - SUNDAY EASTER OF RESURRECTION: Return trip.
- 4:00 hrs. Holy Mass in honor of the Lord of Resurrection in the Cathedral Basilica.
- 5:00 hrs. Solemn Procession of the image of the Risen Christ from the Cathedral Basilica by the perimeter of the Plaza Mayor. Holy Week comes to an end on Easter Sunday, just when the beauty of the albor del anda, its magnificence, and the dramatic appearance of the Procession of the Resurrected Christ in a majestic pyramidal walk decorated with hundreds of lighted candles, accompanied by a crowd of faithful walking the perimeter of the main square.
