Visit the incredible Laguna 69, feel the special connection with nature and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
- You will be able to appreciate in its total form the biggest snow of Peru "the Huascaran".
- We will pass to the ancient city of Yungay that was buried by the alluvium of Huascaran in the earthquake of the year 1970.
- We visit the lagoons of Llanganuco to arrive to Yuraccorral, from this place we start the hike in ascending form of 4 hours, until we reach Lagoon 69.
Departure place
Passengers will board the Bus at our PRIVATE TERMINAL OF THE TOURS on Avenida 28 de Julio 202 at the side of the San Antonio Church. At 6am, you are notified and asked to be there 1/2 hour before your check-in. Approach the FIRST CLASS HUARAZ counter with your ticket or for the purchase of your tickets.

Itinerary
Day 1
LAGUNA 69 - Full Day Tour - One Day Walk - Cordillera Blanca HUARAZ
- After breakfast at the hotel at 8 am we will leave for the beautiful lagoons of Llanaganuco, which is located between the Huascaran and Huandoy Mountains, for this we will begin the tour in the City of Huaraza at 3100 masl.
- At 4 kilometers we will be going through the smaller town center of Monterrey then 15 kilometers from the city of Huaraz, Paltay, and then Tarica, we will cross the holy river towards the left margin and we will pass through Jangas, Anta district and we will make a stop for the Take pictures of the Huascaran, Huandoy, Copa, Hualcan and other snow peaks, from here you can see in its total form the Huancaran's largest snowy mountain in Peru.
- We continue through the airport of Anta, and then cross again the Santa River to the right bank, we pass through the district of Marcara, very picturesque village to maintain the traditional customs known to their peasant communities, then we arrive in the province of Carhuaz, a picturesque town, known for its rich ice cream, and chicha de jora.
- We will pass to the ancient city of Yungay that was buried by the alluvium of Huascarán in the earthquake of the year 1970. After 2 kilometers you arrive at the New Yungay, and from here we will leave towards the east side by a road affirmed, going up a moderate slope and passing through picturesque villages and peasant communities.
- After crossing a climb for approximately 20 kilometers we will arrive at the Control post of the Huacarán National Park, there we will register for the corresponding entrance, then we continue through a narrow valley between the Qenoales typical trees of the high zone in the Cordillera Blanca.
- Then we will arrive at the beautiful turquoise-colored lagoons called Llanganuco, we visit the lagoons of Llanganuco on the way to arrive to Yuraccorral 3900m; from this place we start the walk ascending, we walk around 4 hours, until we reach the lagoon located at 4650 m. We go around, take the photos of the case and return by the same path to Yuraccorral, where the vehicle awaits us to bring us back to Huaraz to our Bus Terminal.
