Itinerary
Day 1
Start of the tour
- The Qorikancha: We begin our tour visiting the Qorikancha or Temple of Gold, considered the most important religious center of the Incas.
- Four Archaeological Centers: Later we will board our bus to visit four archaeological centers near the city. On the way we will make a brief stop at the San Cristóbal viewpoint, from where we will have a panoramic view of the city. Then we will visit Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay. On this tour we will discover the mystery of this mythical city, its legends, its religion, the life of its rulers, the techniques used in the construction of its impressive buildings, as well as the arrival of the Spanish and the foundation of Colonial Cusco.
