This tour shows you the best of the Colca Canyon, the condor cross and visits the white city (white city) of Arequipa. You will have the opportunity to explore Arequipa before taking our vip transportation to the incredible Colca Canyon, one of the deepest canyons in the world. Here you can see the flight of the Condor, relax in the town of Chivay and get to know the colorful local towns and the friendly people that inhabit them.

Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Arequipa - City tour
  • Once we arrive in Arequipa, we will be picked up and transferred to the hotel. After check-in at the hotel, we will have the morning free to go shopping or rest.
  • In the afternoon, around 1:30 p.m. we will begin our tour of the city of Arequipa , we will visit the Santa Catalina Monastery, then we will visit the Plaza de Armas, one of the most beautiful in Peru, the Jesuit Church of the Company, which in Its beautiful facade announces the so-called mestizo architecture, its cloisters and its dome, the house of Tristán del Pozo and at the end, and for a magnificent view of the city, we will visit the typical districts of Carmen alto and Yanahuara (Mirador and Iglesia).
  • We will return to Arequipa around 6pm.
  • Overnight in Arequipa.
Day 2
Arequipa - Colca Canyon
  • At 8:00 am we pick you up from your hotel to leave Arequipa (2,325m) destination to the snow- capped mountain Chachani in our transport.
  • We will see wild vicuñas, alpacas and llamas in the Pampa Cañahu National Reserve, as well as birds such as flamingos, ibis, Andean geese, ducks, eagles and Andean people called Kara Kara.
  • We will also visit the viewpoint of volcanoes and snowy mountains in Patapampa (4,800m). Upon reaching Chivay (3,600 m), the capital of the Colca Valley, we will have lunch and enjoy a free afternoon to rest.
  • Overnight in Chivay.
Day 3
Colca Canyon- Arequipa
  • Early in the morning after breakfast (around 6:00 am), we leave for a full day tour on the left side of the canyon and visit beautiful towns like Yanque and Maca with colonial churches and friendly people who are happy to show her traditional embroidered clothing.
  • See hundreds of pre-Inca terraces that are still used for farming and Andean corn, quinoa, amaranth, and others.
  • After a two-hour journey, we arrived at the place I was waiting for: La Cruz del Cóndor. Here we can see the depth of the canyon and the wonderful journey of the condor. Free time to observe the condors and explore the viewpoint.
  • Then we return to Arequipa where we will arrive around 5:00 pm and transfer to your hotel.
  • Overnight in Arequipa.
Day 4
Depart Arequipa
  • After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
